Hardware

The hardware refers to the devices with which the control system has to interact in order to move the telescope, setup a particular observation, acquire data, perform some degree of realtime analysis and detect faults. These devices are the sensors and actuators of the control system. It is important to identify all devices which need to be interfaced by the control system. The following list enumerates all known devices which have to be controlled by the NCCS :
